BALTIMORE – The Loyola University Maryland men's and women's swimming and diving teams received Scholar All-America Team recognition for the fall semester this week from the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) for their efforts in the classroom.
 
The Greyhounds' women's and men's teams finished the Fall 2024 semester with cumulative grade-point averages of 3.672 and 3.579, respectively, while turning in term marks of 3.767 and 3.709.
 
A total of 17 Loyola swimmers and divers – nine women and eight men – earned perfect 4.0 grade-point averages during the fall semester.
  
Loyola is gearing up in the pool for the 2025 Patriot League Championships that will run February 19-22 in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania.
