BALTIMORE –
Kenan Everhart was named to the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association Division I Team of the Week on Tuesday following his performances in a pair of Greyhounds victories last week.
Everhart popped off for five goals and four assists last Tuesday in a 17-13 win over Towson, recording career-highs in goals and points (9) while matching his career-high in assists for the second game in a row following a one-goal, four-assist performance on February 28 at Colgate.
He followed the Towson game with a two-goal, two-assist outing in Saturday's 15-9 win against Providence, finishing his week with 13 total points.
This season, he has scored at least once in every game and has five outings with three or more points. He is second on the team with 25 points, totaling 13 goals and 12 assists.
Loyola will be back on the field Saturday at Ridley Athletic Complex when it hosts Lehigh in a 12 noon faceoff.
