Loyola University Maryland senior Senna Ohlsson joins the podcast to reflect on the last two years as she's become a force in the Patriot League; in 2019, she became the first Loyola runner to win a Patriot League title at both the indoor and outdoor championships, and this offseason, Senna decided to train in Sweden where she won bronze at Swedish Championships.  She talks about how Loyola has helped her grow as an athlete and individual in addition to what it was like training in another country during the COVID pandemic.
