BEFORE LOYOLA: Participated in the North Jersey Rowing Club and qualified for Youth Nationals in a single in 2010 as well as a lightweight double.

PERSONAL: Son of Mike and Kate McLaughlin. He has two brothers, Billy and T.J. Enjoys to surf in his free time.
