Before Loyola: Earned four letters in swimming at Northern Valley Demarest (N.J.) High School... Earned All-League and All-County First Team honors... Helped the Norsemen win the league title four years in a row.

Personal: Joseph Michael Conti... Son of Diane and Steven Conti... Has one older brother, Michael, and a younger sister, Suzanne... Was the 19-and-under age group winner at the Wildwood Triathon and also competed in the Pascack Valley Triatholn.
