Biography

2008 (Junior): Had six multi-goal games and was leading the team in scoring before suffering a season-ending knee injury against Connecticut (3/15)... Played in eight games and finished with 18 goals and seven assists for 25 points... Was fourth on the team in total points, fifth in goals and assists... Scored a career-high four times at Davidson (2/17)... Scored twice in each of the next three games - at Georgetown (2/23) and UMBC (2/26) and against Towson (3/1)... Reeled off three goals versus both Delaware (3/5) and Rutgers (3/8)... Had two assists against both UMBC and Towson, as well... Finished with 10 ground balls and eight draw controls. 2007 (Sophomore): Started all 16 games as a sophomore after transferring to Loyola from James Madison... Led the team with 12 assists... Second on the team with 31 total points and was third with 19 goals... Finished 10th in the BIG EAST in assists per game... Also had 11 ground balls, 14 draw controls and six caused turnovers... Scored at least one goal in 14 of the Greyhounds[apos] 16 games... Tallied two goals on five occasions... Tied the score at 8-8 with her second goal in a win over UMBC (2/28)... Scored twice in back-to-back games against Boston University (3/14) and at Princeton (3/21)... Also tallied two goals at James Madison (4/3) and at Maryland (4/13)... Picked up a season-high three ground balls at Rutgers (3/11)... Controlled four draws at Maryland. 2006 (Freshman): Appeared in 19 games at James Madison... Scored six goals and had two assists for the Dukes... Also recorded five ground balls, four draw controls and two caused turnovers. High School: Played lacrosse, basketball and field hockey at Oak Knoll School of the Holy Child in Summit, N.J... Captain of the lacrosse team... Earned All-America, All-New Jersey, All-Division and All-Prep honors as a lacrosse player... Holds the school record for points in a career with 324... Scored 201 goals and had 123 assists as a prep player... Named Oak Knoll[apos]s MVP. Personal: Colleen Mary O[apos]Keefe... Daughter of Andrew and Anne O[apos]Keefe... Is one of seven children... Has an older sister, Katie, and two younger sisters, Bridget and Erin... Also has three younger brothers - Kyle, Sean and Owen... Bridget is a sophomore on Loyola[apos]s lacrosse team... Her father, Andrew, played lacrosse at Roanoke, helping the Maroons win the 1978 NCAA Division II Championship with a 12-2 record... Majoring in communications with an emphasis in advertising/public relations.
