As a Junior in 2009: Placed either second or third on Loyola in every race she competed in... Finished second for the `Hounds at the Iona Meet of Champions on September 19 (45th, 24:23.76) and Brooks Pre-Nationals on October 17 (23:27.6)... Ran a seasonal-best 22:47 at the Paul Short Run on October 2.
BEFORE LOYOLA: Two-time all-conference and all-city selection for coach Jim Lancaster and the Gators... Named Scholar-Athlete of the Year as a senior and was the conference champion in the 3200m...Named a Baltimore Sun Athlete of the Week...Member of the varsity soccer team as a junior and senior...Received top honors in Spanish and calculus.
