2019 (Junior): Had an indoor-best of 10.01 in the 60 hurdles at the Navy Select... Ran a wind-legal 16.15 in the 100 hurdles at the Hopkins-Loyola Invitational.

2018 (Sophomore): Had a season-best indoor 60m time of 9.42 at the Navy Scrimmage and then ran 9.54 in February at the Sweetheart Multi-Mix… Posted a performance of 16.03 in the 100m hurdles at the JMU Invitational.

2017 (Freshman): Ran seven of the 10 fastest 100m hurdles times in school history and was just one-hundredth of a second off the school best… Also ran four of the school’s top-10 60m hurdles times during the indoor season… Made her debut at the Navy Lid-Lifter with times of 9.53 in the 60m hurdles and 28.41 in the 200m… Clocked a time of 9.48 in the indoor hurdles at the Navy Midweek… Finished seventh in the finals with a time of 9.43 at the Terrapin Invitational… Earlier in the day, she ran 9.40 in the preliminaries… Posted her best indoor time of the year, 9.31, to finish 16th at the Patriot League Indoor Championships for the third-best time in school history… Kicked off her outdoor campaign with a time of 15.55 in the 100m hurdles at the Maryland Invitational… At the time, that performance was second-fastest in school history, and she would improve it three times during the year and match it in another race… Ran 15.51 at the Rider Invitational, 15.55 at the Bison Outdoor Classic and then 15.30 at the Morgan State Legacy… Ran 15.53 to place 15th at the Patriot League Championships.

Before Loyola: Graduated from Bellport (New Jersey) High School in 2015 and did a postgraduate year at The Lawrenceville (New Jersey) School… Helped Lawrenceville win the state and Mid-Atlantic Prep League titles in both indoor and outdoor track and field in 2016… Won league titles in the outdoor 100m hurdles and indoor 55m hurdles at Bellport from 2013-2015 and Lawrenceville in 2016… Won the state title in the 100m hurdles outdoors and 55m hurdles indoors, as well as as the outdoor triple jump for Lawrenceville in 2016.

Personal: Daughter of Nepheline and Abel Mucius… Has a younger brother, Kaleb, and younger sister, Nyla… Member of the honor roll and National Honor Society at Bellport and the Dean’s List at Lawrenceville… Participated in Future Teachers of America and was secretary of Athletes Helping Others.
