Before Loyola: Rowed for Long Beach Junior Crew… Took first at the 2016 Southern California League Cal Cup in the novice single race… Member of the winning lightweight 8+ at the Faultline Face-off in 2017 and the lightweight 4+ at the Long Beach Invitational that year… Was second in the lightweight 2x at the Long Beach event… Part of the second-place lightweight 4+ at the Southwest Regionals in 2017 and the fifth-place lightweight 4+ at the 2017 Youth National Championships… Was second in the novice single at the 2016 Long Beach Invitational and first in the novice 4 at the 2016 Southwest Regionals… Also competed at the Head of the Charles and the San Diego Crew Challenge… Former USA Level 9 gymnast.
 
Personal: Son of Dorinda and Glen Francia… Has two triplet brothers, Tibor and Tyler… Three-time Academic All-American in rowing… Member of the Civil Air Patrol as a cadet master sergeant… Training as a glider pilot… Has played the piano for 10-plus years and was a two-time recipient of the Musicians Guild Award… Has volunteered at the Los Alamitos Joint Forces Training Base July 4^th activities, as well as with Operation Christmas Child and Wreaths Across America.
