2021-22 (Junior): Posted season best times in the 100 Fly (52.70) and 200 Individual Medley (1:58.69) in the ECAC Open Championships ... Posted a personal best in the 100 Individual Medley (57.52) in the duel against Mount Saint Mary's ... Competed in 8 meets during the season.
2020-21 (Sophomore): Set season-best times in the 100 fly (52.69), 200 fly (1:58.33) and 200 IM (1:59.96) at the April Pools Virtual Invitational, finishing eighth overall in the 200 fly … took sixth in the 100 fly during Loyola’s second dual against American and was fifth in the 200 fly vs. Towson.
2019-20 (Freshman): Competed in the 100 fly, 200 fly and 200 IM at the ECAC Championships … registered a personal-best time of 1:56.07 while placing 23rd in the 200 fly … took third in the 100 fly against Towson … placed 15th in the 200 fly at the H2ounds Invitational with a time of 1:56.63 … was also 17th in the 100 fly with a season-best mark of 52.46 and 22nd in the 200 IM with a personal-best effort of 1:58.33 … placed third in the 200 fly at Colgate.
Before Loyola: Philadelphia Catholic League first team honoree in each of his final three seasons at St. Joseph’s Prep … second team selection as a freshman … Prep Swimming Gauntlet Award recipient … honor is presented to a senior who shows ability to swim multiple events in the same meet in the fastest combined time … also swam at Penn Charter Aquatic Club.
Personal: Is the son of Beata and Pawel Maziarz … mother was a member of the Polish Junior National Team for fencing and competed at the European Championships.
