2024-25 (First Year): Produced an outstanding meet to conclude the campaign at the ECAC Open Championships… Set personal bests, improved from the prelims to the finals in all three individual events and tallied 17 points for the Greyhounds… Best finish was ninth in the 100 butterfly and posted a time of 55.65… Also placed 12th in the 200 backstroke (2:06.45) and 14th in the 100 back (57.28)… Tallied 60 points for the Greyhounds at the Thomas Murphy Invitational, competing in the same three events… Scored in her first collegiate meet, placing fourth (of 11 swimmers) in the 100 backstroke vs. American.
Before Loyola: Competed in the state, sectionals and futures as a high school junior in 2023 with Cardinal and Gold Aquatics… Returned to state and sectional competition as a senior… Participated in the July 2023 USA Swimming Futures Championships in Richmond, Va. in July 2023… A finalist in the 2024 Maryland LC Championships, placing seventh in the 100 backstroke.
Personal: Daughter of MaryBeth and Jeff Brandenburg… Has three siblings, Grace, Tess and Henry… A member of the National Technical Honor Society… Received a ServSafe certification through the National Restaurant Association… Honored with The Patty Considine Award for outstanding contribution to the Campus Cabana Swim team.
