Before Loyola: A member of the U.S. Paralympics Swimming National Team… Competed at the 2024 United States Paralympic Swimming Trials in Minneapolis… Earned two golds and a silver medal at the 2024 Lignano (Italy) Sabbiadoro World Series for Team USA… Won a silver medal in the 100 backstroke and placed fifth in the 100 freestyle at the 2023 Parapan American Games in Santiago, Chile, representing Team USA… A three-time South Carolina Swimming Swimmer of the Year (2022-24), while competing for Hilton Head Aquatics.
 
Personal: Daughter of Annette and Matt Francescotti… Has a younger sister, Ella…Diagnosed with Poland Syndrome, a rare condition where the child is born with missing or underdeveloped muscles on one side of the body… A three-time (2022-24) Scholastic All American… Enjoys teaching swim lessons, reading, baking and spending time with family.
