2023-24 (Junior): Participated in the 100 and 200 backstroke events and the 200 IM at the season-ending ECAC Open Championships… Set a personal mark in the 100 back, earning a 16th place finish with a time of 50.87…  Finished 11th in the 200 back in a season-best time of 1:52.73… Recorded a time mark in the 100 butterfly (55.10), swimming exhibition vs. Army West Point.

2022-23 (Sophomore): Competed at the ECAC Open Championships in the 50 Back (24.68), 100 Back (50.89), 200 Back (1:52.02), and 200 IM (1:54.20), posting a personal best time in each event ... Finished in sixth place in the 200 Back at the Championships ... Also posted a personal best time in the 100 Free (50.76) in the meet against Bucknell. 

2021-22 (Freshman): Posted a personal best time in the 100 Individual Medley (57.29) in the duel meet against Mount Saint Mary's ... Also posted a personal best time in the 50 Free (23.30) in the duel meet against Towson ... Posted four more personal bests in the H2ounds Invitational in the 50 Back (24.89), 100 Back (52.99), 200 Back (1:55.77), and the 200 Individual Medley (1:57.08). 

Before Loyola: Contributed to a high school program which won a pair of National Catholic championships … served as team captain during his senior year … competed primarily in the IM and backstroke events … UMLY National Team member … also a two-year letterwinner in water polo.

Personal: Is the son of Debbie and Thomas McMahon … has two siblings, Thomas and Colleen … Distinguished Honors student.
