• Named to 2024-25 Patriot League Second Team 

2024-25 (Sophomore): Scored in all three events at the Patriot League Championships and earned finals’ spots in the 400 individual medley and the 200 butterfly… Shaved her time by over three seconds from the prelims and set a PR with a mark of 4:21.73, finishing in fourth position… Placed sixth in the 200 fly (2:02.27) and set a new personal record in the 200 IM at 2:30.29 (10th place)… Swept the 200 and 400 IM events at the H2ounds Invitational and The Thomas Murphy Invitational, accumulating 189 points in the two meets…  Won the 200 fly in the tri-meet vs. Lehigh and Colgate… Opened the campaign by setting a PR in the 100 fly (1:01.00), finishing only behind highly-decorated teammate Lily Mead.

2023-24 (First Year): Earned a position on the travel squad to the Patriot League Championships… Competed in three events and amassed 32 points in the 400 individual medley (10th place) and 200 butterfly (12th)… Also swam the 500 freestyle in Annapolis… Won three different events in three consecutive meets, earning gold in the 200 free (Lafayette), the 200 butterfly (Thomas Murphy Invitational) and the 200 breaststroke (American/Colgate)… Captured a fourth different gold with a victory in the 100 fly vs. Mount St. Mary’s… Posted career bests as lead-off swimmer on relays at Loyola H2ounds Invitational – 24.36 in the 50 free (200 freestyle relay) and 52.63 in the 100 (400 free relay).

Before Loyola: Graduated from Mepham High School where she was a three-year letterwinner who earned All-Division and All-County honors all three years… Was a three-time state finalist… Finished first at the division meet all three years and was second or third at counties… Earned the Model Student-Athlete Award and Coach’s Award… Swam for Long Island Aquatic Club… NCSA Qualifier and finalist.
 
Personal: Daughter of Kristin and Scott Fried… Has a younger sibling, Regan… Member of the National, French, English, Math and Broadcasting Honor Societies… Poetry Out Loud state finalist… Mother was a swimmer at Rider University.
