2010-11: Placed 10th in the 1000 Free (10:53.33) at MACC Championships. Took fifth in the 1000 Free (10:58.03), ninth in the 200 Free (2:01.61) against Navy and George Mason.
Before Loyola: Earned for varsity letters in swimming at Darien (CT) High School...Captain her Senior Year...Swam club at New Canaan Caimans...Competed YMCA Nationals (2007-2010), Sectionals (2008-2010)...Won the 500 Freestyle and 200 Freestyle two years running (2009 & 2010) at FCIAC Meet...State Champion in the 200 Freestyle in 2009.
Personal: Samantha Pratt Berizzi...Daughter of Donna and Stan Berizzi...Has one sister, Carly who is currently swimming at Darian High School on the varsity team.
