2020-21 (Junior): Recorded personal bests in the 200 fly (1:48.23) and 50 free (20.81) at the season-ending Patriot League Challenge meet, and added season-best efforts in the 100 fly (48.82) and 200 free (1:39.79) … finished the year ranked sixth in the conference in the 100 fly, eighth in the 200 fly and 14th in the 200 free … raced in six meets overall in the abbreviated season, posting nine top-five performances … won the 500 free (4:40.83) and 100 fly at the April Pools Virtual Invitational, and took second in the 200 fly … swept the fly events in Loyola’s dual victory at Bucknell.

2019-20 (Sophomore): Repeated as a second team All-Patriot League performer after contributing to six school records and posting a pair of top-five individual performances at the Patriot League Championships … earned a silver medal in the 100 fly after completing the ‘A’ final in a school-record time of 48.08 … also broke his own school record in the 200 fly, finishing fourth overall with a time of 1:48.41 … swam on four school record-breaking relay teams, helping Loyola earn bronze medals in the 200 medley, 400 medley, 200 free and 800 free relays … led off the 800 free relay with a personal-best mark of 1:38.34, and added a season-best time of 1:53.76 in the 200 IM prelims … posted 25 individual top-five performances, including 15 event wins during the regular season … swept the fly events at the H2ounds Invitational, beating out 34 swimmers in the 100 fly (48.61) and besting 25 competitors in the 200 fly (1:49.76) … took first out of 36 swimmers in the 100 fly at the Thomas Murphy Invitational after touching the wall in 48.99 … won the 100 free and 100 fly against Bucknell … swept the fly events against Fairfield, Lehigh and Boston College … won the 200 free and 100 fly against Mount St. Mary’s.

2018-19 (Freshman): Named second team All-Patriot League as a freshman ... member of two record-setting relay teams at Patriot League Meet … member of 400-medley relay team that set school record with a time of 3:17.36 … joined Jonathan Brooks, John Callaghan, and Jimmy Hayburn to finish fourth … also teamed up with Colin Anderson, Reid Hussey and Jonathan Brooks to set school record in the 800-free at Patriot League Meet … finished sixth in the PL Meet in 800-free relay … also swam the 200-fly at PL Meet and finished sixth … swam the 200 I.M. and took 11th place … finished eighth in the 100-fly (0:48.87) … set school record in the 200-fly (1:48.84) at the H2ounds Invitational … led the Greyhounds to a first place finish at the H2ounds Meet by winning the 200 I.M. (1:52.21), the 100-fly (0:49.19) and the 400-medley relay … had three individual first place finishes in first three meets of the season … won the 200-fly, the 100-fly and the 200 I.M. in season-opening win over American and VMI … also swam on the winning 400-medley relay in opener … had first place finishes in the 1000-free, 50-free and 100-free in win over Lafayette … recorded first place showings in the 200-fly, 200 I.M., and the 100-fly … finished first in the 200-fly and the 100-fly at Bucknell … was runner-up in the 200-fly and the 100-free against Towson … finished eighth in the 100-fly at the ECAC Championship Meet … swam in three events at the CSCAA Meet … finished 17th in the 50-fly and tenth in the 100 I.M.

Before Loyola: Four-year standout at Iolani School in Honolulu, Hawaii... Helped Iolani finish second at Hawaii State Championship Meet as a junior... Won the 100-backstroke as a senior at state championship meet... State runner-up in the 100-butterfly as a senior... State champion in both the 100-backstroke and the 200 I.M. as a junior... Finished as state runner-up in 200-free and 100-fly as a sophomore.
 
Personal: Son of Chung Su Yun... Has one sibling... Native of Seoul, South Korea who lived in Honolulu, Hawaii for most of his life... Swam for Iolani Swim Club.
