Before Loyola: Swimcloud rated as the No. 34 senior in Illinois… Competed at the 2026 NCSA Summer Championships in Indianapolis and set personal bests in the 50 and 100 breaststroke events… A three-time All American… Placed eighth in the 100 breaststroke at the 2026 IHSA Boys State Championships and competed on Marmion Academy’s gold-medal winning 200 medley relay team… The team was the state runner-up on two occasions during his tenure.
Personal: Son of Carrie and Rick Spillane… Has an older brother Ty, who earned All America honors in swimming at Missouri and competed in the NCAA Championships… Carrie was a professional cheerleader and Rick played quarterback at the NCAA Division I level… Competed for the Academy Bullets club team.
