- Produced excellent results at the USA Swimming’s ISCA Summer Blast mid-summer of 2026 in St. Petersburg, Fla., earning two silvers (50 and 100 butterfly) and a bronze (200 fly); ranked 26th overall in points out of 200 competitors
2025-26 (First Year): Earned spots in the B Final in the 500 freestyle and both butterfly events at the ECAC Open Championships… Best finish was a 12th place effort in the 200 fly… Set personal bests in both butterfly events at the H2ounds Invitational… Placed sixth in the 200 (1:49.48) and 13th in the 100, posting a 49.75 in the preliminaries… Contributed 57 points to the Greyhounds’ winning total… Also finished sixth in the 200 fly at the Thomas Murphy Invitational.
Before Loyola: A four-year Southern Connecticut Conference champion and three-year All SCC swimmer… Competed in five CIAC Class L individual finals in three seasons, and brought home silver medals in the 100 butterfly in both 2024 and 2025… Placed fifth in the CIAC Boys State Open Championships in the same event during his junior season… Competed for the Chelsea Piers Aquatic Club and was a Sectionals, Futures and YMCA Nationals qualifier.
Personal: Son of Laura and Adam King and has two younger siblings, Gwenie and Teddy… Adam swam for the Greyhounds.
