Before Loyola: Earned seven varsity letters - four in swimming an three in golf - at Emmaus (Pa.) High School... Member of the state record holding relay team and helped the Hornets to four top three finishes in relay events at the state level... Had an individual top 16 finish at the state championships... Male Athlete of the Year at Emmaus in 2006 and earned the most varsity letters of any member of the Class of 2006... All-American swimmer in the 400 medley and the 200 and 400 freestyle relays... Graduated in the top three percent of his high school class... Member of the National Honor Society... Qualified for the district championships in golf twice.
