Charlotte (Wood) Neser joined the women's lacrosse staff as the Director of Operations in October 2014.
A native of Paoli, Pa., Neser had a standout career at Drexel before playing and coaching in Europe as part of the Global Players Student Athlete Exchange program. The Dragons' first-ever player to be named to the Tewaaraton Award Watch List, Neser was among the team's top-three scoring leaders all four years, including leading Drexel in both goals and points as a junior and senior. She concluded her career with 142 goals and 168 points, while she was also named to the CAA's All-Rookie Team in 2009 and to the league's second team as a junior.
In addition to playing and coaching for the Phantastix Lacrosse Club in Philadelphia, Neser has spent time traveling Europe, coaching throughout Austria, Germany and the Czech Republic. She has also worked as a graduate assistant in the ACHIEVE Center at Drexel, where she assisted in academic advising and life skills for the Dragons' student-athletes.
A 2012 graduate with a degree in sport management, Neser earned her Master's degree in higher education from Drexel in 2014.
