2024 (Graduate): Started in all 21 games during the season, helping the defense hold opponents to just 8.47 goals per game on the season ... Olmstead posted 19 ground balls and 16 caused turnovers on the season ... Recorded a season-best three caused turnovers against Princeton (4/10/24) and against Navy in the Patriot League Championship Game (5/2/24) ... Held 10 opponents to single-digit goals, including a shutout against Lehigh in the Patriot League Semifinals. 

2023 (Senior): Did not play due to an injury.

2022 (Junior): Started and played all 22 games at defense ... Helped the unit rank third nationally with an 8.05 goals against average ... Limited 17 of 22 opponents to single digits in goals, including a stretch of 11-straight games (Holy Cross on April 2 through James Madison on May 15) ... Helped the defense hold #21 Hopkins to five goals, the least Loyola has given up to a ranked team since UMass in 2014 ... Named Patriot League Defender of the Week after Bucknell and Lafayette games, where she helped the defense post four shutout quarters (of eight) and limited her matchups to two total shots and no goals ... Finished the season with 12 ground balls and nine caused turnovers.

2021 (Sophomore): Earned starts in 12 of her 13 appearances on the year, totaling eight ground balls and five caused turnovers on the year … Contributed to a backline which held opponents to single-digit scoring in 10 of her 13 games played … picked up ground balls in her first three appearances, victories over Villanova (3/3), American (3/6) and Georgetown (3/10) … caused two turnovers in a big road win at Navy (3/31) … had a ground ball and caused turnover in the Patriot League semifinals against Colgate (5/6) … picked up a season-high two ground balls to go along with a caused turnover in the NCAA first round vs. Hofstra (5/14).

2020 (Freshman): Saw action in two games during her debut season, contributing to victories over Towson (2/19) and Penn State (2/29).

Before Loyola: Totaled 109 goals, 41 assists and 171 draw controls across her final four seasons at Corning-Painted Post HS … five-year varsity lacrosse player … earned New York State Sportswriters fifth team All-State accolades in 2018, and was named to the Section IV Class A All-Tournament Team in 2016 … helped team win three Section IV Class A championships … also a four-year varsity soccer player … earned all-conference accolades in 2018, and won a section championship in 2016 … played club lacrosse for Salt City Snipers in Syracuse.

Personal: Is the daughter of Catherine and John Olmstead … father played lacrosse at Notre Dame … has one brother, Aidan, and a twin sister, Logan, who also play lacrosse at Loyola … also has one cousin, Ainsley Baker, who played lacrosse at Virginia, and two cousins, Andy and James Hebden, who played lacrosse at Detroit Mercy … GPA ranked in the top five percent of her graduating class … National Honor Society member … received Corning Incorporated Science Award in 2019.
