2014 (Freshman): Made her collegiate debut at the Salisbury Fall Classic, finishing 57^th in 26:33.2… Took 115^th at the Salty Dog Invitational, recording a final race time of 27:14.4… Ran at the Paul Short meet, taking 331^st with a time of 27:34.5.

Before Loyola: Guided the John Carroll School to the 2013 Maryland/D.C. Private School Cross Country Championship title... That same year, led the Patriots to the IAAM "A" Conference Championships and the 2013 IAAM Championships... Named 2012 and '13 All-County Cross Country First Team and 2014 All-County Outdoor Track and Field Second Team... Honored with the 2013 IAAM Jim McCoach Leader of the Pack award... Earned a total of 11 varsity letters, including one in swimming.

Personal: Amanda Elizabeth Spaeth... Daughter of Carl and Kathleen Spaeth... Has twin siblings, Sarah and Adam... Mother, Kathleen, graduated from the Evergreen campus in 1990...
