Biography
Before Loyola: Earned 2025 Southern Connecticut First Team All-Conference honors in the 4 x 800 and Second Team accolades in the 1000m… Also earned All-State honors in the 4 x800… Key member of Mercy’s first-ever indoor track and field state title, earned in the winter of 2026… Part of school-record quartet in the outdoor distance medley relay… Earned a dozen letters and captained the cross county and indoor and outdoor track squads in her senior year at Mercy… Helped her squad to three cross country state championships… A member of the National Honor Society, the Science National Honor Society and the English and French Honor societies.
Personal: Daughter of Shontel and Brian Nephew… Has an older brother, Cameron, who competed in track and cross country at Xavier HS…Shontel was a collegiate diver (Union State), while Brian lettered in basketball at Plattsburgh State.
