2021-2022 (Senior): Finished third at the Navy Cross Country Invitational and then had a 74th place finish at the Patriot League Cross Country Championships... Ran 168th at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional... Was 12th in the 500 meters at the Patriot Games indoors... Took third in the 800 meters at the Navy Select... Member of the 4x400 and 4x800 relay teams at the Patriot League Indoor Championships that were fifth and sixth... Ran 59.37 in the 400 meters, a season-best time at the Temple Invitational and was fourth... Clocked 2:16.65 at the Bison Outdoor Classic in the 800 meters... Ran at the Penn Relays in the 4x400-meter relay... Member of the 4x800 and 4x400 relay teams at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships that were fourth and seventh, respectively.

2020 (Sophomore): Ran the second-fastest time in school history (1:40.13) to finish third in the 600 at the New Year's Invitational... Third in the 800 in personal-best time (2:18.35) at the Villanova Invitational... Member of the distance medley relay team that was sixth at the Millrose Games in a school-record time of 11:51.80... Ran a personal-best of 1:18.74 in the 500 at the VMI Indoor Classic... Ran the second leg on Loyola's 4x800 relay that was second at the Patriot League Championships and ninth at the ECAC Championships.

2019 (Freshman): Was on three indoor 4x800 relay teams that had the top-three times in school history throughout the year... Made he Loyola debut at the Princeton New Year's Invitational, taking 12th in the 400... Finished sixth in the 800 at the Patriot Games in 2:25.17... Ran an indoor season-best of 2:19.70 in the 800 at the Villanova Invitational... Helped Loyola's 4x800 team finish second at the Patriot League Indoor Championships and fourth at the ECAC Indoor Championships... Was 11th in the 400 at the Hopkins-Loyola Invitational outdoors... Ran 2:20.09 in the 800 and was 28th at the Patriot League Championships.
 
Before Loyola: Graduated from Passaic County Technical Institute (PCTI) in Wayne, New Jersey ... earned 11 letters, four each in soccer and outdoor track and field and three in indoor track and field … earned All-Big North Liberty Division First Team recognition throughout her career, as well as All-Passaic County honors … graduated as Passaic Tech’s school-record holder in the 800m (2:17.37) … won the Passaic County title indoors and outdoors in the 800m as a sophomore, junior and senior and took second in the 400 hurdles outdoors as a senior … standout soccer player who earned All-Big North Liberty Division recognition all four years … scored 27 goals and had 12 assists as a four-year starter and team captain… played club soccer for Ajax Soccer Club.
 
Personal: Daughter of Kathy and George Spinnler … member of the National Honor Society, as well as the World Language Honor Society for Spanish … received PCTI’s Multisport Athlete Award and the Golden Bulldog Award ... Passaic County Coaches Association Student-Athlete of the Year Runner-Up … participated in Health Occupations Students of America all four years and completed significant amounts of community service, including with the Special Olympics.
