• 600m (indoor) -3rd top performer; 6th all-time performance (1:39.13, Feb.6, 2026)
• 4x800m (indoor) – part of 2nd-best performing foursome; 3rd-best all-time (9:00.01, Feb. 28, 2026) 
• 4x800m (outdoor) -5th top performer; 5th all-time (9:10.09, May 2, 2025)

2026: Led her team across the line in the 800m at the Navy Indoor Invitational in the first meet of the season, finishing fifth… Set a personal mark and recorded Loyola’s sixth-best all-time effort in the 600m (1:39.13) at the Scarlet Knight Open… Only two Greyhounds have achieved better times… Ran third leg of third-place quartet in the 4x800m at the IC4A/ECAC Championships in Boston, recording six points for Loyola… That quartet dropped nearly nine seconds off their time and posted a fifth-place finish at the Patriot League Championships… Their mark of 9:00.01 is the third-best all-time in school history… Also competed on seventh-place 4x400m relay team in that meet.

Ran third leg on 4x800 outdoor relay team which placed third (of 12) in the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Championships at Rutgers… Ran an all-time best mark of 1:00.11 in the 400m at the Navy National Elite meet, placing seventh.

2025: Set a personal indoor mark in the 600m at the Nittany Lion Challenge… Posted a time of 1:40.40 to finish in the top half of the field… Competed in the 400m and the 4x400m relay at the Patriot League Indoor Championships.

Opened the outdoor campaign with a PR (1:00.97) in the 400m at the Navy Outdoor Invitational… Competed in both relays at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships and the 4x400m quartet smashed its season-best mark at 3:55.61… Set a personal best in the 800m (2:16.17) at the Widener Final Qualifier and went onto compete in that event at the IC4A/ECAC Championships.  

2024: Made her collegiate debut in the 400 (63.76) and 4x400 at the Maryland Invitational... Had a season-best 400 time of 63.12 at the Monmouth Opener... Finished seventh in 2:21.39 in the 800 at the Hopkins-Loyola Invitational... Ran in the 4x400 and 4x800 relays at the Patriot League Outdoor Track & Field Championships.

Before Loyola: Graduated from Central Bucks High School West where she was a four-year member of the varsity cross country and track and field teams… Had an outdoor PR of 57.7 in the 400 meters… Ran the lead-off leg for the state-title winning teams in the 4x400 and 4x800-meter relays in 2021… The 4x800 relay had the top time in the nation among high school teams that year (9:05.11)… Competed at the Penn Relays in multiple years… Also was on the winning 4x400 team at the 2022 state championships… Received the 2023 CB West Hall of Fame Award and the CB West Stanley H. MacFarlane Outstanding Athlete Award.
 
Personal: Daughter of Alyssa and Andrew Dalsass… Has two older siblings, Harrison and Eleanor… Member of the National Honor Society, as well as the Spanish and math societies.
