2023-2024 (Junior): Was the cross country team's top finisher throughout the season... Was 24th at the Baltimore Metro Meet and 41st at the Navy Cross Country Invitational... Ran 23:41.7 for 115th at the Roy Griak Invitational and then 22:46.5 for 112th at the IC4A/ECAC Championships... Took 28th in the Patriot League Championships in 23:23.8... Ran 21:30.7 for 74th at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional... Got the indoor season underway with a time of 10:28.20 in the 3,000 at the Rutgers Holiday Classic... Finished 29th in the Nittany Lion Challenge with a time of 5:21.48... Turned in a time of 2:58.72 for seventh in the 1,000 at the Navy Select... Ran 2:17.02 outdoors in the 800 at the Monmouth Season Opener... Was sixth in the preliminaries of the 1,500 at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships in 4:34.82, finishing 10th in the final... 2022-2023 (Sophomore): Kicked off the cross country season with a 28th-place finish at the Bison Opener... Was 92nd at the Paul Short Run, covering the 6k course in 22:40.5... Ran 38th at the Patriot League Championships in 22:34.8... Took 90th at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Region Championships in 22:31.9... Started the outdoor track and field season at the Navy Outdoor Invitational where she ran 5:13.82 in the 1,500 meters... Finished 42nd in the 800 at the Colonial Relays in 2:24.41... Ran season-best times in the 800 (2:21.65) and 1,500 (4:51.94) at the Hopkins/Loyola Invitational... Finished 23rd in the 5,000 meters at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships, running 18:10.06.
2021-2022 (Freshman): Made her collegiate debut at the Navy Cross Country Invitational and was 35th in the 6k race... Took ninth at the Towson Alumni Invitational... Had a 6k season-best time of 22:46.2 at the Paul Short Run and a 5k best of 19:17.6 at the Panorama Farms Invitational... Was 68th at the Patriot League Championships... Seventh in the 1,500m (4:56.31) at the Temple Invitational, outdoors on the track.. Member of the 4x800-meter relay team that was fourth at the Patriot League Championships outdoors.
Before Loyola: Graduated from the Carlucci American International School in Lisbon, Portugal, where she participated in soccer, basketball and skiing... Was second in the Junior Club National Championships in the 800 meters in Portugal and second in the 800 meters for Benfica... Took third in the nationals in the 1,500 meters and was Benfica's top mile runner... Benfica took second in the championships.
Personal: Daughter of Debra and Matthew Coleman... Has two siblings Alexander and Helena.
