2026: Etched her name in the record book four additional times during the indoor campaign… Finished fourth in the 800m at the Nittany Lion Challenge, then produced the tenth-best effort in school history (2:57.56) in the 1000m at the Penn State National Open… Moved her way into the fifth slot in all-time performers at Loyola in the 800m at the IC4A-ECAC Championships… Competed in three relays at the Patriot League Championships and part of third-best Greyhound efforts in both the 4x800m and the distance medley relay… Ran the anchor leg as the 4x8 quartet finished fifth, earning four points for Loyola.

Also produced a fine outdoor campaign, cutting her time in the 800m to a low of 2:14.87 at the Kehoe Twilight Meet… Finished ninth of 31 competitors in that race and moved her name into the No. 6 slot (2:14.87) on the Loyola top performers’ list… Set a personal-best in the 400m at the Navy National Elite meet (59.32)… Competed in the sprint medley at the Penn Relays and aided the squad to a third-best effort (4:07.55) in school history… Helped get the Greyhounds on the scoreboard at the Patriot League Championships, anchoring the 4x800 relay team to a seventh-place finish (two points) and a sixth-place spot on the school’s all-time performance list (9:11.72). 

2025: Set one personal record in the indoor campaign and a pair outdoors… Opened the winter by running a PR in the 1000m (3:07.26) at the Holiday Classic… The Greyhounds’ top competitor in the 800m at the Showdown at the Heights in Boston… Finished sixth (2:19.75) in a field of 29 runners… Ran the third leg of the distance medley relay team that finished sixth – earning three points – at the Patriot League Championships.

Opened the outdoor season by running her best time in the 800m (2:17.33) at the Navy Invitational… Placed 8th of 21 runners… Six days later, set a PR in the 1500m (5:05.06) at the George Mason Dalton Ebanks Invitational at George Mason.  

2024: Made her Loyola debut at the Rutgers HOliday Classic, finishing 12th in the 600 in 1:43.84... Ran 1:24.49 for 11th int he 500 at the Patriot Games... Finished fourth in the 600 at the SPIRE Indoor Games in 1:40.04... Was seventh in the 800 at the Navy Select in 2:22.51... Ran on the 4x800 relay at the Patriot League Indoor and ECAC Indoor Championships.

Before Loyola: Graduated from Providence Country Day School where she lettered in volleyball, soccer and track and field... Nominated for the 2023 Rhode Island High School Sports Independent Athlete of the Year... Most Valuable Performer of the track and field team in 2023 and received the Coaches' Award in 2022... Recipient of the J. Roderick Eaton Sportsmanship Award in 2023... Finished ninth in the 600m at the RIIL Indoor Championships in 2022... Finished sixth in the NEPSTA New England Championship in the 400m in 2022 and eighth in 2023... Earned All-Division Third Team honors in volleyball in 2022 when she helped Providence Country Day to the D4 RIIL State Championship.

Personal: Daughter of Brooke and David Zysk... Has a younger sister, Marlena... Member of the high honor roll in high school... Performed 50 hours of community service... Earned the Lieutenant Governor Leadership Award and the 2023 Faculty Award.
