• 3000m (indoor) -3rd top performer; 6th all-time performance (10:11.68, Dec. 6, 2025)
• 5000m (indoor) – 2nd top performer; 5th all-time performance (17:36.69, Jan. 30, 2026)  
• DMR (indoor) -3rd all-time (11:56.79, March 1, 2026)
• 3000m (outdoor) – 6th top performer; 8th all-time performance (10:27.99, April 11, 2026) 

2026: Opened the indoor season in brilliant fashion, finishing fourth and recording the sixth-best time in the 3000m in school history (10:11.68) at the Navy Indoor Invitational… Continued to thrive, placing fifth (17 runners) in the 5000m at the Penn State National Open… Her time of 17:36.69 is the fifth-best performance in Loyola history and only bested by Kiera Harrison… Closed the season by running the anchor leg of the Greyhounds’ distance medley relay, which earned two points for a seventh-place finish and recorded the third-fastest time in Loyola history (11:56.79).

In the outdoor campaign, won the 3000m at the JMU Invite, posting a time of 10:27.99, the eighth-best in school history… Set a personal record in the 1500m at the Navy National Elite meet, recording a time of 4:47.58.

2025: Did not compete in any indoor competitions… Ran season bests in both the 1500m (4:54.96) and 5000m (18:53.13) at the Patriot League Championships.

Before Loyola: Graduated from Babylon Junior-Senior High School where she earned letters in cross country and winter and spring track... Ran 2:26.77 in the 800, 4:46.52 in the 1,500, 10:31.12 in the 3k and 19:21 in the 5k... Helped her team win the Class C County titles from 2021-23... Named All-State in 2022 and 2023 in cross country... Four-time All-County and All-Division performer.

Personal: Daughter of Karen and James Hayes... Has one sister, Cassidy... Member of several honor societies, including the National Honor Society and those for English, Spanish, science and social studies... AP Scholar... Seal of Civic Readiness... Principal's Award... Excellence in College Level Child Psychology.
