2019 (Track & Field, Junior): One of the top middle-distance runners in the Patriot League... Finished fourth in the 1,500 at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships, running 4:37.73 in the final... Was a member of the 4x800 relay team that took second at the meet... Ran the third-fastest 1,500 time in school history at the Larry Ellis Invitational, crossing the line in 4:35.91... Took seventh in the 1,000 at the Patriot League Indoor Championships with a time of 2:56.09... Clocked Loyola's sixth-best time in that event at the Navy Select, 2:56.09... Took 10th at the Villanova Invitational in the mile, running 5:06.88, the Greyhounds' best time of the year and ninth all-time..

2018 (Cross Country, Junior): Greyhounds’ top runner as a junior ... finished 48^th at the Patriot League Championship Meet (23:26.2) ... took 87^th place (23:45) at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic regional meet ... ran 66^th at the Bison Open with a time of 15:24.5 ... finished 24^th at the Navy Salty Dog Invitational (24:25.17) ... ran a time of 18:55 to take 102^nd place at the Loyola Lakefront Invitational ... turned in a 177^th place finish at the Penn State Open.
 
2018 (Track & Field, Sophomore): Member of the 4x800m relay team that smashed the school indoor record with a 9:04.51 performance at the ECAC Championships and the outdoor mark (9:04.00) at the Patriot League Championships … had a top indoor 800m time of 2:20.24 at the Wes Brown Invitational … ran 5:19.54 in the mile at the Terrapin Invitational … posted the team’s best 1,500m times outdoors … finished in 4:53.69 at the Fred Hardy Invitational and dropped that to 4:49.99 at the Bison Outdoor Classic … finished in 4:50.53 at the JMU Invitational … placed 18^th at the Patriot League Championships with a season-best time of 4:45.26.
2017 (Cross Country, Sophomore): Was the Greyhounds’ primary No. 2 runner during the season … took 15^th at the Bison Invitational (15:25.6) and was 65^th at the Panorama Farms Invitational (19:27.7) … was the Greyhounds’ second across the line at both the Patriot League Championships (57^th, 22:56.5) and the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (146^th, 22:46.1).

2016 (Cross Country): Was the team's top finisher in 73rd overall at the University of Virginia's Panorama Farms Invitational, running 19:05.3 ...finished 84th as the team's No. 2 in 23:12.2 at the Princeton Invitational.

Before Loyola: Earned nine varsity letters at Manhasset (New York) High School, four in indoor track, three in cross country and two during outdoor track season … was the team captain of all three sports as a senior in 2015-2016 and the indoor and outdoor track programs as a junior… won the division 3,000m title in outdoor track as a senior in 2016 and was the runner-up in the 1,500m … also earned All-Eastern State honors in the 800m … won the Nassau County title in the 1,000m during her senior indoor season while also winning the conference title at that distance and finishing second in the 1,500m … qualified for the state and federation meet in cross country as a senior and was voted her team’s Most Valuable Performer … also won the Nassau County and conference cross country crowns … won the conference outdoor 1,500m title in 2014 and was runner-up that season in the 3,000m. Also claimed the indoor 1,000m and 1,500m titles in 2014 … holds school records in the indoor 800m, 1,500m and 1,000m and is a member of the school-record holding distance medley relay and 4x800m relay teams … helped Manhasset win the 2016 indoor track and field conference and 2015 cross country division and Nassau County titles.

Personal: Daughter of Maureen and Tommy Caggiano … has a younger brother, Aiden … was a high honor roll student at Manhasset … member of the Junior Coalition of Manhasset’s Women’s Coalition Against Breast Cancer.
