BEFORE LOYOLA: Was a state qualifier in cross country as a junior and senior at Syosset... Named all-county in both years... Team was conference champion in both seasons and sectional and county champions as a senior... Named all-conference in the 1500m as a senior... All-Division in the outdoor 3000m, the event she holds in school record... Member of the National and French Honor Society... National AP Scholar... Received school[apos]s SGA Service Award and Norma Gold Human Relations Award.
