• 3000m steeplechase -9th top performer (11:49.17, April 19, 2025)

2025: Set two personal bests in the indoor season and doubled that with four outdoors… Opened the winter with a PR of 3:10.93 in the 1000m at the Holiday Classic… Posted a new mark in the mile (5:35.23) at the George Mason Patriot Games… Also saw action in the 3000m indoors, running that event in the Patriot League Championships.

Eclipsed her previous bests in four different events in the first four meets of the outdoor campaign… Ran the 5000m in 19:19.89 at the Navy Invitational, posted a 5:04.09 in the 1500m at the George Mason Dalton Ebanks Invitational, recorded a time of 10:42.88 in the 3000m at the JMU

2024: Had a time of 3:16.75 for eighth in the 1,000 indoors at the Navy Select.

Before Loyola: Graduated from Commack High School where she was a four-year varsity athlete in cross country and track and field… Had personal-best times of 20:23 in 5K cross country, 4:54 in the 1,500, 10:50 in the 3,000 and 2:27 in the 800… Earned All-League all four years of high school and was also an All-Division and All-County performer… Earned Academic All-County recognition, as well… Helped the winter and spring track and field teams win league titles in 2023.
 
Personal: Daughter of Kristen and Richard Newman… Has two siblings, Ryan and Erin… Awarded an IB diploma… Member of the National Honor Society and honor societies for English, math, Spanish and business… Received the Seal of Bileteracy… Mother played club lacrosse at Siena.
