2006: Competed in the Kehoe Twilight Meet, racing in the 200m.
2025: Versatile athlete who competed in the 300m, 400m, 500m, 60m hurdles and on the 4x400 relay team during in the indoor campaign… Competed in five meets in her initial season.
Focused on both hurdles events in the outdoor season… Peaked at the Hopkins-Loyola Invitational, recording personal best times in both the 100m hurdles (17.38) and the 400m hurdles (1:10.21).
Before Loyola: The 2023 Suffolk (N.Y.) County champion in the 400m hurdles… Also part of a 2024 All-State quartet in the 4x400m relay… That foursome also won the 2024 Millrose Games… Earned four letters in field hockey and named Honorable Mention All-County and to the All-Tournament Team in 2024… Graduated Magna Cum Laude and was an AP Scholar with Distinction in 2024.
Personal: Daughter of Nancy and Bill Yost… Has an older brother Ryan… Bill competed in track and field at the University of Buffalo.
