2025: Competed in the 500m, 800m, 1000m and ran on the 4x400m and distance medley relay teams in the winter… Ran the second leg of the DMR team which finish sixth (12:12.77) and earned three points for the Greyhounds at the Patriot League Championships.
Equally as active outdoors, running on both relays and individually in the 800m and 400m hurdles… Ran the second leg of a Greyhound victory in the 4x800m in the George Mason Dalton Ebanks Invitational (9:34.91), besting quartets from Sacred Heart, VCU and Johns Hopkins… Led off on the 4x4 relay at Patriot League Championships as the Greyhounds ran a season-best 3:55.51 and earned a point (8th place)… the Greyhounds’ top performer in the 400m hurdles, finishing 12th overall and posting a PR of 1:05.28…  Also competed in the Widener Final Qualifier (800m) and the IC4A/ECAC Championships (400m hurdles, 800m)
2024: Finished fifth in the 1,000 indoors at the Rutgers Holiday Classic in 3:07.19... Ran 1:41.68 in the 600 at the Scarlet Knights Open... Finished 31st in the mile in 5:28.12 at the SPIRE Indoor Games... Took sixth in the 800 at teh Navy Select in 2:19.16... Was third outdoors in the 800 at the Monmouth Season Opener in 2:21.21... Finished 25th in the 800 in 2:20.94 at the Larry Ellis Invitational... Qualified for the 800 at the ECAC Outdoor Championships and was 28th in 2:21.15.
2023: Had a season-best time of 3:05.97 in the 1,000 indoors at the Nittany Lion Challenge and ran 1:20.62 in the 500 at the Patriot Games... Finished fourth in 2:16.29 in the 800 indoors at the Navy Select...Ran on the 4x800-meter relay team that took third, as well as the seventh-place distance medley relay squad, at the Patriot League Indoor Championships... Helped the 4x800 team to an eighth-place finish at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Championships... Made her outdoor debut in the 800 at the Navy Invitational with a time of 2:18.30... Ran a season-best 1,500-meter time of 4:52.91 at the Temple Owls Invitational and then competed in her first collegiate steeplechase, running 11:49.34 at the Hopkins/Loyola Invitational... Was 18th in the steeplechase at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships and was a member of the seventh-place 4x800-meter team... Qualified for, and finished 34th in the 800 at the IC4A/ECAC Championships.
Before Loyola: Graduated from Notre Dame Academy in Staten Island, New York, where she was a cross country and track and field student-athlete... Was a three-time All-Star in cross country and track and field from 2020-2022... Qualified for 2,000-meter steeplechase at the 2021 Outdoor National Championships at the University of Oregon's historic Hayward Field... Was the 800-meter champion at the 2021 Eastern States Invitational and the 600-meter champion at the 2021 CHSAA New York Intersectional Indoor Championships... Won the 400-meter crown at the CHSAA NYBQ Sectional Championship and was runner-up in the 800 meters at the CHSAA New York State Intersectional... Took third at that meet in the 2,000-meter steeplechase... Was in the top five of the CHSAA City/Sectional and Insterscholastic Championships for cross country in 2021... Won the Staten Island Championship in the 400 meters and the 2,000 steeplechase as a senior in 2022... Helped Notre Dame Academy win the "triple" crown (cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field) championship from 2020-22.
Personal: Daughter of Sherri and Robert Leonard... Has two siblings, Michael and Ryan... Was a member of the National Honor Society and the Spanish and Science National Honor Societies in high school... Completed over 400 hours of community service during high school... Was a lifeguard in high school.
