2025 (Track & Field): Recorded a career-best time of 3:09.61 in the 1000m (indoors) at the George Mason Patriot Games.
Posted her best outdoor time in the 3000m (10:46.69) at the JMU Invitational and, one week later, set a personal best in the 1500m (4:55.27) at the Hopkins-Loyola Invitational… The Greyhounds’ No. 2 runner across the line in that race… Competed in the 1500m and 5000m at the Patriot League Championships. Â
2024 (Cross Country): Saw action in all six cross country meets in the fall and scored in five… Set a personal best in the 5k (19:16.0) and placed third for the Greyhounds at the Lafayette Invitational opening meet… The team’s No. 5 finisher at Lehigh’s Paul Short Run, posting a 6k time of 22.55.1 as Loyola placed ninth of 35 teams… Placed No. 2 among her teammates at the Panorama Farms Invitational… Earned another third place finish for the Greyhounds at the Patriot League Championships, finishing in 67th position in 22:56.7… Concluded the campaign in fourth for Loyola at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships.
2024 (Track & Field): Ran in the Patriot League Championships, finishing 26th int he 1,500 (4:56.61) and 37th in the 5,000 (18:25.73), both in personal-best times... Finished 24th in the 1,500 (4:58.37) at the Hopkins-Loyola Invitational... Was 18th in the mile (5:14.62) at the Patriot League Indoor Championships... Ran 3:16.88 in the 1,000 at the Nittany Lion Challenge.
2023 (Cross Country): Opened the year in 32nd at the Baltimore Metro Meet and was 59th in the Navy Cross Country Invitaitonal... Finished 162nd in 24:51.5 at the Griak Invitational... Crossed the line in 23:36.7 for 182nd at the IC4A/ECAC Championships... Finished 63rd at the Patriot league Championships in 24:36.2... Ran 22:39.2 for 142nd at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Cross Country Championships.
2023 (Track & Field): Opened her track career at Loyola by finishing fifth in the indoor mile at the Rutgers Holiday Classic... Ran 16th in the 800 with a time of 2:29.57 to finish 16th at the Navy Outdoor Invitational... Clocked a time of 5:01.93 in the 1,500 meters at the Colonial Relays... Had a season-best of 11:10.97 in the 3,000 at the Temple Owls Invitational.
2022 (Cross Country): Made her collegiate debut at the Bison Opener with a 36th-place finish in 15:46.1... Ran at the ECAC Championships and clocked a 6k time of 25:02.8... Took 97th at the Patriot League Championships.
Before Loyola: Graduated from Milton (Massachusetts) High School where she was competed in track and field, cross country and soccer... Was a four-year letterwinner in track and field and earned three each in soccer and cross country... Earned
Patriot Ledger All-Star honors in cross country and track and field... Helped Milton win the 2019 cross country state title... Was eighth the state cross country meet in 2019, ninth in 2021, individually.
Personal: Daughter of Courtney and Stephen Affanato... Has three siblings, Ella, Stephen and Julie... Member of the National Honor Society and honor roll in high school.
