Aubrey Dondlinger joined the Loyola University Maryland volleyball program as an assistant coach prior to the 2025 season.
She was a successful club volleyball coach in both Illinois and Florida and brings more than 15 years of coaching experience to the Greyhounds' sideline.
She most recently served as a head coach and recruiting director for Winter Park Volleyball Club in Florida. Since 2022, she has been responsible for the team's strategy, development and scheduling while assisting players with their collegiate recruiting.
Prior to moving to Florida, Dondlinger was a head coach for 1st Alliance Volleyball Club in Chicago from 2009-19.
Dondlinger was also an assistant coach at her alma mater, North Central College in 2009-10, helping the Cardinals reach the NCAA Division III tournament while training the team's setters and coaching the serve-receive and defensive strategies.
She was a high school head coach for four seasons, serving at Homewood-Flossmoor (2015-18) and Riverside-Brookfield (2018-19) High Schools in Illinois.
Dondlinger was an outside hitter in college, starting her career at Lewis University before spending a season at Parkland C.C. where she earned All-Region XXIV and All-Midwest Athletic Conference in 2006 while helping her team reach No. 4 nationally in the NJCAA Division II rankings.
She then played two seasons at Southeast Missouri State where she picked up Ohio Valley Conference All-Newcomer honors in 2007 and All-OVC First Team recognition a year later. She graduated from North Central College with a bachelor of arts in physical education with endorsements in health and coaching.
