Brian is a native of Bowie, MD. He graduated from the University of North Carolina- Greensboro with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. Brian was also a standout all-conference soccer player at the division 1 level. In his time as a player at UNCG, Brian was one of the leading scorers on the way to winning the 2010 SOCON Tournament Championship, earning a berth to the NCAA Tournament. Brian was second on the team in points as he also captured back-to-back Regular Season Titles in 2010 and 2011 with the Spartans. He now has over a decade of experience in elite player development. Upon graduation, Brian worked for EXOS, one of the largest and most well-known performance training companies in the world. There he assisted in the development and application of corrective exercise and strength programs for top NCAA and NFL players. Brian also worked with the Eagle Fund, a division that specializes in rehabbing injured tactical athletes of the U.S. Special Forces and Special Operations units.
