Cameron Bradshaw

Cameron Bradshaw began his role as an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at Loyola University Maryland in August 2026. In his role, Bradshaw works directly with the men’s and women’s rowing programs and the men’s and women’s swimming and diving programs.

Prior to Loyola, Bradshaw gained strength and conditioning experience at Salisbury University, where he began his coaching career as an intern in the fall of 2023 before continuing as a graduate volunteer strength and conditioning coach. During his time with the Sea Gulls, Bradshaw worked with football, women’s lacrosse, field hockey, and several other athletic programs.

Bradshaw also completed a strength and conditioning internship at East Carolina University, where he worked with football, men’s basketball, volleyball, and baseball.

Bradshaw graduated from Salisbury with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and a minor in sports medicine in December 2023. He later earned his Master of Science in health and human performance from Salisbury University in December 2025.

Bradshaw is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and is also CPR/AED certified through the American Heart Association.
