Volleyball Drops 3-Game Match at Siena

LOUDONVILLE, N.Y. - Siena College hit .376 for the match and defeated visiting Loyola College, 30-19, 30-20, 30-21, on Saturday afternoon in a Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference match at the Alumni Recreation Center.

The Saints (17-3 overall, 12-0 MAAC) had just nine errors amongst 50 kills and 109 attempts. Nadiege Honore and Aubrey Bobo each had kills for Siena. Honore hit .552 with only one error in 29 swings, while Bobo posted a .441 hitting percentage with two errors in 34 attempts.

Christina Greenup led the Greyhounds (16-10, 7-4) in kills for the second game in a row. She had 10, while Karlee Woodward and Nina Camaioni each amassed eight.

Woodward hit .421 in the match to lead Loyola. She did not make a hitting error in 19 attempts. Camaioni and Brittany Born each had 11 digs.

The Greyhounds continue their MAAC road trip with a 2 p.m. match on Sunday, October 21, at Marist College in Poughkeepsie, N.Y.
