VILLANOVA, Pa. - Villanova University hit .385 for the match, and the Wildcats forced 19 Loyola University Maryland hitting errors, to defeat the Greyhounds, 25-12, 25-17, 25-12, on Saturday afternoon at the Villanova Classic.

Loyola (3-7 overall) will close action in the tournament at 5 o'clock against Colgate.

Tina Catanach led Loyola with eight kills, and Elena Frac and Janet Pressler each had nine digs for the Greyhounds.

Morgan Petkovich paced Villanova (7-2) with 11 kills, and Mariah Henley had 12 digs.
