Loyola Greyhounds (0-9, 0-0 Patriot League)
• Loyola is coming off its longest game in program history, as the Greyhounds lost a heartbreaker to Saint Francis Brooklyn Friday night, 75-70, in triple overtime.
• Redshirt senior Bri Betz-White led all players with 22 points, while junior Stephanie Karcz, the 2017-18 Patriot League Defensive Player of the Year and 2018-19 Preseason All-Patriot League selection, had a game-high 12 rebounds and seven steals.
• Sophomore Isabella Therien leads Loyola in scoring this year with11.7 points per game, while Betz-White is second with 11.3 points per game.
• Karcz leads the team with 9.9 rebounds and 4.2 steals per game. She ranks fourth in the Patriot League with 89 rebounds, first in offensive rebounds (37) and 10th with 38 steals. She's also first in the League and third in the NCAA with 38 steals.
Maryland Terrapins (9-0, 0-0 Big Ten Conference)
• The Terrapins, ranked seventh nationally, enter the contest as one of 20 undefeated teams left in NCAA Division I women's basketball this season.
• With 49.00 rebounds per game, Maryland ranks third in the NCAA this season. The Terps also rank 18th in assists (153), tied for 13th in blocked shots (49) and tied for seventh in scoring defense, as they're allowing just 51.0 points per game this year.
• Kaila Charles leads three Terrapins in double-digit scoring with 16.1 points per game. Taylor Mikesell is contributing 14.2 points per game, while Stephanie Jones is at 13.2.
• Defensively, Shakira Austin is grabbing a team-best 11.7 rebounds per game and is ranked fourth in the NCAA with 26 blocks this year.
• Channise Lewis is leads the Terps in assists, dishing out 46 this year to rank tied for 31st nationally, while Blair Watson has a team-best 15 steals.
