CENTER VALLEY, Pa. – More than 40 Loyola University Maryland men's and women's soccer players were named to their respective Patriot League Academic Honor Rolls on Wednesday, celebrating their excellence in the classroom and the field.
Twenty-six members of the women's program, and 15 from the men's team earned the distinction for the fall semester. To be eligible for Patriot League Academic Honor Roll recognition, student-athletes must have at least a 3.2 grade-point average in the semester of their competition season.
Three soccer student-athletes earned perfect 4.0 GPAs during the fall:
Mohamed Abdourahman on the men's side and
Grace Li and
Jourdan Ziff on the women's.
