Loyola Greyhounds (3-20, 2-10 Patriot League)
• Junior Stephanie Karcz, the 2017-18 Patriot League Defensive Player of the Year, leads the Greyhounds on defense and is among the Patriot League's leaders in rebounds, steals and assists. With 10.2 rebounds per game, Karcz ranks fourth in the League, while her 3.6 offense rebounds per game is third and her 6.6 defensive rebounds per game is fourth, and her 3.6 assists per game ranks fourth.
• Karcz also leads the League with 4.5 steals per game. With 95 steals this season, she ranks third in the NCAA and sits fourth on Loyola's single-season records. She is on pace to break 100 steals for a second-consecutive season, as she finished last year with 112 steals, which was good for second on Loyola's single-season records.
• With 283 steals, Karcz is second to Katie Sheahin's school record of 347 steals from 2009-13.
• Offensively, sophomore Isabella Therien leads the team with 14.3 points per game. Senior Bri Betz-White is second on the squad with 9.0 points per contest.

• The Leopards are currently on a five-game losing streak going into this matchup.
• Natalie Kucowski is the one leading the Leopards this year with team-high averages in points, assists, rebounds, steals and blocks. She is averaging 13.7 points per game, 2.9 assists per game, 11.1 rebounds per game, 1.5 steals per game, and 2.3 blocks per game.
• Kucowski ranks first in blocked shots per game, third in rebounds per game, and fourth in points per game in the Patriot league.
• Olivia Martino is the next top scorer for the Leopards, averaging 10 points per game.
Series History
• Loyola tied the all-time series at 8-8 after earning a 62-50 win over the Leopards earlier this season.
• Prior to last year, the Greyhounds had won four-straight meetings, sweeping both the 2015-16 and 2016-17 meetings.
• Loyola won the inaugural meeting, 73-50, during the 1977-78 season, but the two squads didn't meet again until 1994. Loyola won that meeting and then the next two, in 1995 and 2003.
• The two didn't meet again until Loyola joined the Patriot League for the 2013-14 season. Lafayette won the first four League meetings before Loyola won those four-straight in 2016 and 2017.

• Loyola won the meeting earlier this year, coming out on top, 60-52, at Reitz Arena.
