Loyola Greyhounds (4-23, 3-13 Patriot League)
• Junior Stephanie Karcz, the 2017-18 Patriot League Defensive Player of the Year, leads the Greyhounds on defense and is among the top-five Patriot League leaders in rebounds, steals and assists. With 9.8 rebounds per game, Karcz ranks fourth in the League, while her 3.3 offense rebounds per game is fourth and her 6.5 defensive rebounds per game is fourth, and her 3.6 assists per game ranks fourth.
• Karcz also leads the League with 4.4 steals per game. With 105 this season, she ranks fourth in the NCAA and sits fourth on Loyola's single-season records. She is on pace to break the school record, needing just 14 to top Katie Sheahin's 118 from 2010-11.
• With 293 steals throughout her career, Karcz is also second to Sheahin's school record of 347 steals from 2009-13.
• Offensively, sophomore Isabella Therien leads the team with 14.3 points per game. Senior Bri Betz-White is second on the squad with 8.8 points per contest.
• With 8.3 points per game, freshman Taleah Dixon is the fourth-ranked rookie in scoring in the League. In League only games, she's leads the Greyhounds and ranks third in the conference with 9.8 points per game.
Navy Midshipmen (5-11, 10-16 Patriot League)
• Navy is currently ranked eighth in the Patriot League Standings, with a conference record of 5-11 and an overall record of 10-16.
• Navy is ranked second in the Patriot League in scoring defense, giving up just 57.5 points per game.
• Navy also leads the Patriot League in steals, averaging 10.9 per game.
• Jennifer Coleman ranks sixth in the Patriot League with 12.7 points per game.
Series History
• Navy leads the all-time series 21-8, but the Greyhounds have only beat Navy twice in Annapolis, once in 2010 and the other in 1979.
• Of the last nine meetings, the Greyhounds have won three of them, including a 44-42 win in the quarterfinals round of the 2015-16 Patriot League Tournament. Loyola advanced to its lone Patriot League Championship Game appearance that year.
• Loyola also captured a 58-40 win at Reitz Arena during the 2017-2018 season.
• In the all-time series, six meetings have been decided by four points or less.
• Since joining the Patriot League, Loyola is 4-3 against Navy when playing at home.
