• Loyola won its 46th-straight Patriot League win Wednesday, as the Greyhounds earned a 17-9 win at American. Loyola is 46-0 since joining the League for the 2014 season and owns the nation's longest active conference win streak. The NCAA's conference win streak was set by UMass, as it won 61-straight Atlantic 10 games from 2011-18.
• The Greyhounds and Terriers both joined the Patriot League for the 2014 season and both sport matching 7-3 records this season and 3-0 marks in League play.
• The two squads have met four of the five years in the Patriot League Championships, with Loyola winning all four of those meetings, including 15-6 in the 2018 semifinals. 

Loyola Greyhounds (7-3, 3-0 Patriot League)
Livy Rosenzweig, coming off a school-record 102 point freshman season, leads the Greyhounds with 45 points on a team-best 23 goals and 22 assists. Voted the Preseason Patriot League Offensive Player of the Year, Rosenzweig has already recorded 5-or-more points through five games, including an 8-point outing (4g, 4a) at No. 4 Syracuse and a 7-point performance (4g, 3a) at No. 25 Towson.
• Senior Hannah Powers is second on the team with 22 goals, 14 assists and 36 points. She also sports a team-best 45-game point streak.
• Loyola's midfield unit of sophomore Sam Fiedler (21g, 9a), freshman Jillian Wilson (14g, 6a), senior Taylor VanThof (13g, 6a) and sophomore Elli Kluegel (16g, 3a) have combined for 88 of Loyola's 210 points this year.
• Defensively, senior Lindsey Ehrhardt has 25 ground balls and 21 caused turnover, while classmate Kristen Yanchoris has 11 ground balls and 11 caused turnovers, and freshman Katie Detwiler has 14 ground balls and 11 caused turnovers. 
• In goal, senior Kady Glynn has posted six double-digit save performances to get the Greyhounds four wins over top-10 foes. So far this season, Glynn has a 10.30 goals-against average and .508 save percentage.

Boston University (7-3, 3-0 Patriot League)
• Boston University is coming off a 17-12 mid-week win over Colgate Wednesday. 
• Kailey Conry paces the Terriers with 41 points this season on a team-best 28 assists.
• Kaitlin Belval leads the squad with 21 goals and has 39 draw controls. 
• Tonianne Magnelli has a team-best 47 draw controls to go with 20 ground balls.
• In goal, Kennady Smith and Bianca Smith have split time, with Kennady Smith playing nine games and starting eight. She's logged 450 minutes in cage and has posted a 10.94 goals-against average and .442 save percentage. 
• Bianca Smith has played the remaining 158 minutes, including starting two games. She's allowing 7.21 goals per game and is stopping 47.2 percent of shots faced. 

Series History
• Loyola holds an 11-2 advantage in the all-time series with Boston and has won all five regular-season meetings and all four Patriot League Tournament contests since the two became Patriot League rivals for the 2014 season. 
• Loyola's last loss to Boston was in 2007, 14-7.
• The Terriers also claimed a 16-9 win in 2005, but the Greyhounds won the first two meetings in the series, 9-5 in 2003 and 12-7 in 2004; and they have won the last nine since the 2007 loss.
