CHICAGO –
Molly Jarvis hit .462 and just missed her career-high in kills on Saturday, but Montana State University beat Loyola University Maryland, 25-19, 24-26, 25-21, 25-18, on Saturday afternoon as the Greyhounds closed play in the Hampton Inn Rambler Challenge.

Jarvis had only one error in 26 kills, putting away 13 kills that were only two off her career-best from two years ago.

Ann Ernst tied for match-high honors with 17 kills with 13 digs, and
Abby Hamilton posted 12 kills.
Katie Forsythe led four Greyhounds with 10 or more digs, logging a team-high 18, while Corinne had a career-high 11 and
Ashley Dwyer logged 10 to go with 41 assists.

Montana State, however, hit .396 in the match with three players tallying 12 or more kills.

Loyola returns to the Mid-Atlantic area for a midweek match on Tuesday night at Howard University before opening its home schedule next weekend with three matches in the Charm City Challenge presented by Residence Inn Owings Mills on Friday and Saturday.
