Previously honored as the Patriot League Defensive Player of the Year, Detwiler was Loyola's top matchup defender throughout the season. Previously a second team all-region selection as a sophomore in 2019, she posted hat tricks in 7 of 10 games and recorded 6+ points on four occasions. Fiedler has supplied 134 goals with a .641 shot percentage in her first 57 collegiate appearances.
Rosenzweig adds another award to her collection, as she was named Loyola's Women's Senior of the Year last night and took home Patriot League Attacker of the Year accolades on May 3. She led Loyola and the Patriot League with 83 points (33 G, 50 A), won a team-high 84 draw controls and continues to rank second nationally in assists per game (3.33). She recorded multiple points in all 15 games this spring, including six 7+ point performances.
Larsson posted several standout efforts in goal during Loyola's winning streak, holding opponents to single-digit scoring in 10 of 12 victories. Previously announced as the Patriot League Goalkeeper of the Year, she ranks fourth in Division I in goals-against average (8.55) and she is 11th nationally in save percentage (.491). Larsson was a key contributor to the Greyhounds' three postseason victories, making 18 saves with a .600 save percentage in the Patriot League tournament and adding 12 stops with a .571 save percentage in an 11-9 win over Hofstra in the NCAA tournament's first round.
Loyola finished the year with a final record of 12-3, winning their fifth Patriot League championship in the last seven completed seasons and making their ninth NCAA tournament in the last 10 years under head coach
Jen Adams. The Greyhounds have received at least three all-region selections in all 12 completed seasons during Adams' tenure.
