• The Greyhounds have opened their 50th season of women's lacrosse with eight-straight wins marking their first 8-0 start since 2011.

• Livy Rosenzweig recently became the second player in Patriot League history to record 350 career points. Navy's Kelly Larkin holds the League record with 376 points from 2017-20. Nationally, Rosenzweig is 18th all-time with 358 career points and sixth with 193 assists.
• Sam Fiedler scored her 150th career goal at Lehigh becoming the sixth midfielder in Loyola history to reach the milestone. With 151 goals, she's tied for 11th all-time at Loyola, while her 211 points is one shy of breaking into Loyola's all-time top-10 records.

Loyola Greyhounds (8-0, 1-0 Patriot League)
• Seven Greyhounds have double-digit points this season, with Livy Rosenzweig leading the team with 21 goals and 30 points.
• Sam Fiedler has averaged 4.2 points per game over the last five games to move into second on the team with 24 points (17g, 7a) and Jillian Wilson (15g, 7a) is third with 22 points.
• Georgia Latch has 21 points, scoring 11 goals and assisting a team-best 10 others, while Sydni Black (15g, 5a) has 20 points, Elli Kluegel (12g, 6a) has 18 and Catie Corolla (9g, 1a) has 10 points.
• Defensively, Katie Detwiler has a team-best 12 caused turnovers.
• In goal, Kaitlyn Larsson has played 468 minutes. She's allowing 8.96 goals per game and has 61 saves to go with 15 ground balls.
Boston University Terriers (0-8, 0-2 Patriot League)
• Boston University is looking for its first win of the season. In Patriot League play, the Terriers have lost a pair of 13-7 decisions at home to both Army West Point and Colgate.
• Matty Spaeth leads BU with 15 goals and 17 points, while Lauren Kaye has 11 goals and 15 points.
• Jennifer Barry leads the Patriot League and ranks second nationally with 85 draw controls this year, averaging 10.63 per game.
• In goal, Reilly Agres has played 392 minutes. She's giving up 15.92 goals against average and has a .392 save percentage.
Series History with Boston University
• Loyola is 12-2 when facing Boston University and 10-0 since the two squads joined the Patriot League for the 2014 season.
• Since becoming Patriot League foes, Loyola has outscored BU, 159-83.
Undefeated Through Eight Games
• Loyola is one of three remaining undefeated teams in NCAA Division I women's lacrosse this season and the lone member of the Patriot League.
• North Carolina boasts a perfect 9-0 mark, while Loyola and Maryland are 8-0.
• Princeton was undefeated coming into its game against Loyola on March 23, but the Greyhounds held on for a 16-15 victory to remain unbeaten.
• The last time the Greyhounds opened their season with eight-straight wins was in 2011 when they went undefeated through the first 12 games. Loyola started the season ranked 12th nationally and climbed as high as No. 5 before dropping a 15-13 contest to No. 16 Georgetown on April 19, 2011. Loyola went on to win its first-ever BIG EAST Championship that year and earned the No. 6 seed in the NCAA Championships. The Greyhounds hosted the first and second round games at Ridley Athletic Complex, defeating Notre Dame, 12-10, and No. 19 Massachusetts, 10-7, respectively, before falling at No. 3 North Carolina, 16-13, in the quarterfinal round. Loyola tied the school record with 17 wins that year, finishing the season with a 17-3 record.
Patriot League Dominance
• The Greyhounds are 58-0 against Patriot League opponents in regular-season play since joining the League for the 2014 season.
• Loyola's 58-game conference win streak is the longest-active win streak in NCAA Division I. UMass holds the NCAA record for consecutive conference wins with a 61-game streak in Atlantic 10 play from 2011 through April 22, 2018.
• Loyola has won five of the last seven Patriot League Championships, claiming the title the first three years in the League (2014-16) before adding titles in 2019 and 2021. There was no championship in 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
