A three-time Patriot League Defender of the Year, three-time all-region honoree and four-time all-conference selection, Detwiler has captained the second-ranked defense in the NCAA, as the Greyhounds allowed just 7.09 goals per game. Detwiler was tasked with guarding some of the top players in the country, including two fellow Tewaaraton Award Nominees. She held Emma LoPinto without a point and Meaghan Tyrrell to two goals, with one of them being a free position goal. She has also held Army's Brigid Duffy without a shot, and Georgetown's Erin Bakes scoreless.

She ranks second nationally with a 7.18 goals against average and sixth with a .520 save percentage. Spence held 17 of 22 opponents to single-digit goal outputs on the season, including the eight of the last nine opponents. She was voted as the Patriot League Goalkeeper of the Year, and she posted seven wins over nationally-ranked opponents this yea, and overall she had four double-digit save performances and 19 shutout quarters.
Latch earned her first All-America honor this season after leading the Greyhounds in assists (44) and points (89). The Patriot League Attacker of the Year, two-time All-Mid-Atlantic Region honoree, and two-time First Team All-Patriot League honoree scored at least two points in all but three games this season, including recording a hat trick in eight games and multiple assist performances in 13 games.
The Greyhounds season came to an end in the NCAA Quarterfinals, with their second-most victories in school history (19). Loyola's second-straight NCAA Quarterfinal appearance and 20 wins from last year combine for the most wins in back-to-back seasons (39).
