WESTFIELD, N.J. – Loyola University Maryland golf was Tuesday's biggest upward mover in the final round of the Georgetown Intercollegiate to finish tied for fifth overall.
The Greyhounds opened the day in ninth place before shooting the second-best score of the day on Tuesday, shooting a combined 5-over 289.
Gustavo Rangel shot the day's best round as an individual, carding a 4-under 67 to move up from 53
rd after 36 holes to finish tied for 29
th overall.
Mike Crowley led the Greyhounds for the second tournament in a row, shooting a 2-over 73 to tie for 10
th individually at 7-over.
Jackson Roman tied for 22
nd as an individual after shooting 5-over on Tuesday, while
Connor McGarrity shot 4-over and tied for 44
th.
Eli Spaulding scored for the team with a 3-over 74 on Tuesday.
