Bethlehem -- The Patriot League announced the first Patriot League women's lacrosse awards on Monday afternoon, as Loyola University Maryland's
Georgia Latch was named Attacker of the Week.
This is Latch's second Attacker of the Week award, earning her first last year on April 3.
Latch led the charge for the Greyhounds in their 18-10 win over No. 10 Florida on Saturday. Latch scored a career-high six goals, to go along with three assists, as she tied a career-high with nine points.
Latch started the scoring in the second half for Loyola, as she scored three of her six goals in the third quarter, as they pulled away from the Gators in the second half. Latch finished with 11 shots, nine of them on target, in the game. She also added 4 draw controls in the game.
The Greyhounds will begin Patriot League play on Friday, as they will travel to face American at 1:00 PM.
